Boa constructor

Boa constructor (the name is an obvious pun on boa constrictor) is a cross platform integrated development environment (IDE) for the Python programming language. It includes a graphical user interface (GUI) builder for the wxPython toolkit.
The term was coined by art and culture historian Erwin Panofsky.
